The Intensive.
Dedicated time, clear intention, and space to do what ordinary life doesn't allow.
The Work
Some things deserve more than the margins of a full life allow. They require dedicated time, uninterrupted focus, and space to move through what matters without the outside world pressing in. A decision that can’t wait. A relationship at a critical juncture. A team that needs to move through something together. A moment in a life, a marriage, or an organization that simply calls for more than ordinary time can hold.
An intensive or retreat is custom built around what the situation requires. One to several days. One person, a couple, a family, or a team. Held onsite, at your location, or in a space removed from the demands of daily life. The format follows the need, not the other way around.
It draws on the same clinical depth, strategic thinking, and relational presence as all of the work, concentrated into sustained, uninterrupted time. People leave having addressed what they came for — and often changed in ways the presenting situation didn’t predict.
Most people who engage in an intensive are already in ongoing work. It deepens and accelerates what’s already in motion. For some, it marks the beginning of a longer engagement. Integration support follows every intensive. What shifts needs to be anchored.
When the situation calls for it, the setting, the hospitality, and every surrounding detail are designed with the same care and intention as the work itself.
Begin
Every intensive is developed through conversation. Scope, format, location, and investment are determined by what your situation requires. If there’s a better fit or a better time, you’ll hear that directly.
