Some people ask about sharing something from their experience of this work. This is the place for that.

How it Works

There is no format and no length requirement. A few sentences carry as much as a few paragraphs. Write what you would want someone in your position to know.

Submissions are read, and sometimes shortened or lightly edited for clarity. Anything edited comes back to you first. Nothing is published until you have seen the final version and approved it.

You choose how you are identified, by name, by role, or not at all. You can also change or remove your words at any point afterward, without explanation.
