I came to Andrew in what I’d honestly call a crisis. What kept me coming back had nothing to do with that.

The reason I keep working with him is pretty simple. He actually understands what I’m dealing with, personally and professionally, and because of that his responses are ones I respect and take seriously. He’s relatable in a way that doesn’t feel performed. He’s someone I’d want to grab a beer with. That combination doesn’t come around often and I’m not inclined to take it for granted.
