My work with Andrew launched me on a path of years-long healing.

His close attention. His relentless pursuit of understanding. The gentleness when that was what was needed, and the firm nudge when that was what was needed instead.

I had carried something alone all my life. Abuse in childhood, shut away, never fully named. The kind of thing you learn to move around rather than through. Andrew moved toward those parts of me with curiosity and a lessening of judgment I hadn’t encountered before. What had been closed off began to open.

I have continued to heal and become more unified in who I am because of that work.
