I found Andrew, started working with him personally, and quickly introduced him to my family. That probably says everything.

He’s been with me through the chaos of a growing company, the building of my own family, becoming a father, and the kind of relentlessly full life that doesn’t leave a lot of room to slow down and actually process what’s happening. Andrew creates that room. He’s the person I bring the complicated stuff to when I need to understand it before I can move through it. He moves between deep and practical seamlessly depending on what I need.

I’ve connected him with my father, my siblings, my fiancée, and people I care about in life. That’s the most honest thing I can say about the trust I have in him.
